Roman Weekends

Have you ever tried fresh sesame paste or watched a smith forge an arrowhead? There is something new to discover every weekend in summer.

Archaeology becomes an exciting adventure in the APX..

The season for Roman Weekends in the APX begins in May and continues until the end of September. Shoemakers and bone carvers regularly demonstrate their craft in the workshops beside the Roman Hostel. Particularly the young visitors like to join them at the workbench.
